On arrival at this luxurious hotel, we were greeted promptly by friendly staff and shown to our spacious and elegant room. the indoor pool and spa facilities were top-notch, including a sauna, steam room, and loungers. the restaurant offered a delicious continental breakfast, and the bar and snack area were perfect for a pre-dinner drink. the location was superb, within walking distance of many attractions. this hotel fulfilled all our exclusive needs and provided an unforgettable experience.

The only minor issue we encountered was a delay in receiving our room keys due to a short wait at the reception desk.

The staff were courteous and helpful, the atrium dining area was lovely, the room wasvery comfy and tidy, close to local shops and attractions, ample choice at breakfast, high quality food.

We liked the location of the hotel, overall comfort, professionalism of the staff. size of the executive room is very appreciable especially in London. swimming pool and SPA are at the TOP and very clean.

The bed was at the end of its life in my opinion. The bed was too soft and had holes in it. I wouldn't have spent more than 3 nights like that. The price of breakfast we slowed down and so we didn't take advantage of it. Too bad

Being woken up by a stranger twice around 4:00 a.m. on the hotel phone. My whole family had a very disturbed night. At the cost of the night it's a shame!

fact that the window handles have been removed... You can't open them and you feel claustrophobic. hotel is very comfortable but needs a big renovation. decoration and comfort do not correspond to the current standards especially for a hotel of this category.

There were a couple of aspects that disappointed me. there was a loud wedding party that disturbed my sleep, unexpected for a hotel of this caliber.
